General - Includes prep and materials - clean mould, dig out grout and silicone. - Clean up after.

The timber floor is popup due to gap between timber floor & tiles too narrow. Need some one with carpenter experience to make it wider.

The missing tiles along the wall need to be glued on and the rest of the tiles need to be properly sealed. It's about 2 meters of tiles that need to be sealed along the wall. I don't have any of the necessary glues or grout.

We have 2 pieces of stone tile 60x120cm each. One needs to be cut along the length so you must have a large tile cutter. They are to be installed on a small apartment kitchen wall. We have the tile adhesive and grout as well you can use. Parking and loading zone available downstairs.

Need tiler to tile a downstairs storage room and also entry foyer. Entry foyer is 2.4m x 2.8m (it is the gyprocked room in the photos with a staircase going up!) Storage room is 3.6m . 3.8m however there’s a triangular part which does not need tiling (where the hot water system sits.) this is the one where there’s exposed brick walls. The storage room is not flat as the surface slopes a bit so it will need to be levelled before tiling, will also need the foyer room to be checked to make sure floors are levelled and straight too! I have a 1800 wide bullnosed outdoor tiled step that the tread and riser have come off becasue of slab movement. The bullnosed treads are intact and I have cleaned them up. The riser tiles all broke but I have spare tiles that need to be cut to fit. I have a couple of ridge tiles that need re-grouting, they are at the bottom of the ridge, so should be easily accessible with a ladder. Just looking for a quick patch up job for now with perhaps a greater restoration longer term.
