I need you to remove the old tiles and replace with the new tiles. Size 3m by 6m.

Screed roughly 25sqm suspended pergola. Screed to be 30mm at edges and 15mm at drain. Materials to be either supplied by contractor or myself. Screed finish to be suitable for waterproofing.

Looking to get the following all done: -Re-grout shower floor (970x1660mm) and the edge silicone replaced. -A small section of the bathroom floor re-grouted to repair damage (see photo). -Shower door repaired/re-siliconed as the glass has pulled away from the frame leaving a long gap down the side (see photos). Tiles in 2 bathrooms need resealing and waterproofing

I need 2 tiles laid and grouted as part of my kitchen splash back +/- sealing edges of splash back for completeness. Was initially done but final two tiles had to be removed because they weren’t level. The bottom tile would need shaving down on the long end to make it level, both top and bottom would need cutting along short edge. Tiles supplied, grout and adhesive not supplied.

Also replace 3 tiles near the door opening into garage from balcony as they are not layed properly and rain water enters garage from balcony.. Tiled will be supplied by us.
