I have cracked tiles in the bathroom and powder room. Bathroom - 5 tiles + silver drain cover Powder room - 4 tiles + silver drain cover I have spare matching tiles. I don't have grout or drain covers. The floors got wet due to a plumbing problem years ago but that's fixed and all is dry under the tiles now. I'm flexible with time and day. Don't know how much to put so just quote me.

Water leak in the bathroom because waterproofing has slightly moved.____ Goal : seal everywhere in order to stop all water leak 1- Replace damaged grout where necessary in shower to enable shower plug to work effectively 2- Seal the shower tiling (walls and floor) with a clear silicone based paint, first removing all silicone sealant. and 3- Four coats of sealant must be applied and all silicone which is removed will be replaced.

I have a broken nosing step tile (Palm Beach) that has been broken and am unable to source a new one so we have to glue down the broken piece. Needs to be a really good fit so you will have grind down base so there is no lip at all at join and make sure it is completely glued so it does become a weak spot and reoccur. I am thinking to use either Mapei tile adhesive or Sikaflex - open to discussion. You will then have to drop back the following day to grout up. Requires a tiler with skill and attention to detail. Can be done this week or next.

My Kitchen is on second floor, we took old tiles out and looking for someone to do tiles for Kitchen and the splash back. It is 11m2 kitchen floor and splashback is 5m2. There is floorboard at the moment so it needs to have cement overlay sheeting glue and nailed before tiling.
