6 or so tiles have buckled due to moisture under the tiles in the entrance hallway to my strat apartment building. I would like those tiles replaced with some 'feature' tiles that match the tile aesthetic and the aesthetic of the hallway. There are also some cracked and missing tiles at the outdoor entrance way to the building that need replacing.

Hello, Just after quotes for regrouting the shower only (not the rest of the bathroom), tiles go up 3/4 of the way and it has a wall to wall sliding door. Removal of the sliding door and insert a new one (I will buy the new one prior). Thanks!

Recently, after using the shower, the carpet of our bedroom near the door to the ensuite has become damp (our bathroom floor remains dry). It appears there is a leak of some sort. We’d like someone qualified, trustworthy, reliable and reasonable $ to come diagnose the issue and repair.
