Replace the cracked and damaged tiles on my kitchen floor.

Need to bed and tile an alfresco which will become a fully enclosed sunroom sliding windows going up. Area is roughly 48m2. Concrete has unlevel grooves so needs to be bedded/flattened. I would say needs to be raised 2mm or so. We have selected 600x600 porcelain tiles and they will be provided. Must be qualified. Please provide a rough quote. Anything I've missed? Let me know :)

Install tiles on small back afresco and front porch. I want to do the Alfresco like the one on the picture, lighter tiles around the outside and darker tiles on the inside. The front porch i just want to use the lighter tiles. I have all the tiles just need them to be installed.

Scope of work: 1) Source and supply materials. 2) Clean grout off surface and inspect cause of lifted tiles & repair. 3) Re-lay lifted tiles that are still in tact. 4) Replace and lay new tiles where tiles cannot be saved. - (Closest colour match okay) 5)Grout and re-seal areas where needed throughout the whole tiled area/touch up damages around the area. 6) Dispose of building waste & clean worked areas. NOTES: Make sure tiled area is repaired up to AS/NZ trade standards. About 9 x tiles need to be either relayed / sourced & replaced. Small job - Should take a few hours max if you know what you're doing. - ABN/QBCC/Insurance holders preferred. - Comment if so. Always have more work for good workers!
