Need someone to remove sealant, kill and remove mould and reseal. Shower area only.

The job has to be done in stages, probably over a couple of weeks. This is due to the need to move furniture around the office, whilst carpet and trades are working. Basics of the job: - 2 x storey office with a flight of stairs between these two floors - Need 100m2 of old carpet removed and replaced with carpet tiles. - 55m2 needs fixing and partially refitting. As job has been ok but needs to be completed well. - All new carpet times have been purchased and are on site in office. - Skip bin is outside ready for old carpet - Stairs need to be carpeted with new tiles also. Will probably need to be done on an ad-hoc basis (A few hours at a time perhaps) Please provide either a fixed price quote or an hourly rate (more practical probably) Happy to do a walk around in office too. -

Tiles (600x300) will be supplied. We're on a ground floor unit with parking available for a vehicle with 2.0m clearance (a ute) The tiles were removed by a waterproofing contractor and he doesnt do tiling.

I’m looking for a professional tiler to tile my laundry. I am attaching photos of the space which show current state, including boarding of where old taps used to be, PowerPoint and hole made in the wall to accommodate the new point. Ensuring the wall is in a fit state for filing forms part of the job requirement. I am also attaching the specs of the aea to be tiled, which is roughly 1.5m sq. The tiles I have ordered are subway tiles 75x300. The desired pattern is shown in the drawing attach. The grout colour recommended is also included in one of the attachments but generally speaking white grout is what I need. Need a tiler to: 1. Replace carpet from living areas and bedrooms (~54sqm including part floor inside cupboards) 2. Replace tiles from kitchen (~3sqm) 3. Tile 'over' existing 2xbathroom tiles (~6sqm) after plumber removes toilet and vanity (one bathroom at a time) 4. Some of the tiles popped up from the balcony floor after the rain, which needs to be re-glue down. The job requires to lift up the roughly loose drummy tiles and grind away glues and grout. Glue tiles back down. Grind away the glue and grout from the 4 copping tiles on the edge of the balcony under the balustrade. Glue tile back into place. Grout tiles. Tiles provided.

I have been advised that the grout in the shower around the drain needs to be re-grouted. The photos show where it is starting to deteriorate.
