We have recently had new tiles put in ensuite and kitchen splashback and need the edges siliconed. We already have purchased the silicone but need a professional to complete.

I am looking to tile on the ground floor (mostly open plan) over an existing tile floor. The current tiled floor is still in good condition but will need to be prepared as they are gloss/smooth tiles. The total flooring in 70sqm which includes a hallway, lounge,dining, kitchen, laundry and powder room (including toilet). The tile I am looking at laying is a 300m x 600mm porcelain tile with a rectified edge. As tiling will be going into a powder room and laundry (I will need to organise plumber prior) there is a tiled skirting board as well (approx 5-6 lineal meters). We can work out a date as it will take a bit of planning but sometime in July/August would be realistic but can be later to fit in with your other work. Probably a site visit will be required.I will post some photos shortly with the spaces. Looking for a tiler with an eye for detail and thinks on the fly. Price offered is per square meter.

Tile a kitchen splashback. No grout required (we will do this part ourselves). See pictures for work area and tiles.

One tile with trim around it to be put up behind basin. No need to cut the tile, only the trimming around it.
