Regrout/shower edge (sealant) that is mouldy

We have moved into a new apartment and the grout and caulk in the bottom half of our shower is in need of redoing as it is crumbling and/or terribly done.

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Remove grout and caulking inside shower up to shower screen height - Apply new epoxy grout on shower wall and shower floor and re-caulk (Must be epoxy grout - please quote only if familiar) Refer to pictures. Shower cabinet measurements: 1m x 1.20m, 2.20m height

Laundry floor to be tiled. 3m x 1.5m with a bit extra for washing mashine area. old tiles already removed and floor prepped. I have tiles ready to go. Need done asap

I need caulking done on wall skirting tiles in newly tiled bathroom. Approx 2-2.5mtrs only

Rebuilding our BBQ area. Placing a tile bench top and require a capable tiler who will be able to cut and place the tiles in place. Tiles will be provided as well as flashing. You will provide required tools including cutting, bonding cement along with your expertise. I will be available to assist in lifting tiles into place. Tiles provided- 2 x 120mm by 600mm 1 x 600mm by 600mm Tiles will be delivered by Friday this week and need to be installed this Friday. Job can not be completed any earlier or later. Dimensions are provided in images. There are some right angle cuts as well. Questions welcomed.

Main bathroom regrouping floor tiles. External balcony - regrouting wall tiles, silicone - need a quote and opinion.

Existing outdoor balcony requires tile replacement. Balcony is approx 3m x 1.5m. Can supply more photos. Require quote from licensed tiler with certifications for waterproofing. May require replacement of puddle flange which appears to have not been properly installed. Not insurance job.

Looking for someone to please help us get our terrazzo stone tiles and grout cleaned prior to being resealed. They have regular household cleaning, but are in need of some extra attention. Approx 3m sq.

As per photos - looking to have both the bath and shower regrouted. For the bath this is up to ceiling on all sides, and silicone around. For shower all three sides and floor, along with silicone.
