Inspect and repair crumbling grout areas of entry pathway from front gate to 4 townhouses. Pathway includes a number of tiled step runs of the same tiles and grout. There is evidence of some water getting through the grout and leaking into surface below steps or tiles and seepage through wall of basement garage in heavy rain. The pathway is 50 meters long but would like the area only the last 5 meters and the stairs down to the garage to be done first to ensure the solution works.
