I need existing tiles removed from kitchen, replastering in some areas ready for new tiles

Remove just under 5m of flooring. It's tiled, but I think has a layer (or even 2, who knows) of vinyl flooring beneath that, to be removed. Then lay DIY vinyl tiles. Rubbish to be taken away.

So I’ve spent 20k on a bathroom that still hasn’t been completed, and the tiling I’ve asked the tiler to oull them back up but he’s been unreliable and we still have wonky and uneventiles so in just going to get them sealed and hope for the best
