My upstairs shower appears to be leaking small amounts of water - as per photo showing downstairs water mark on ceiling directly underneath the shower Grout in the shower has deteriorated - I suspect water is going through from the shower behind the wall I am looking for someone to inspect and resolve the leak - please outline what you propose to do in your quote Thank you

I have a 12 square meter bedroom to regrout, it’s already deep, so no need to remove any exisiting grout. Can just grout over it. And also paint the room white. I can do it by myself but I want it done quicker. Would like someone to give me a hand. I’ll be removing all the furniture & removing the curtains.

Kitchen floor. Tile removal and new tiling. Area is 3.2m x 3.0m plus 0.9m x 0.9m. Need current tiles removed from floor and disposed of. Current tiles were laid on concrete I believe.

I’m needing a tiled kitchen splash back installed in subway pattern. Approx: 2.5m2 area The existing wall is a mixture of old (original house) plaster with wall paper and newly laid gyprock plaster, and it’s not exactly flat due to the frame not being straight, so I’d suggest to allow for thin cement sheet/extra filler to get the wall straight and flat. You will need to allow for: glue, white grout, caulking, aluminium trim (to border the tile area), etc I will only supply the tile. - Due date: Flexible

I have a small first floor balcony which is leaking water onto the ceiling / floor of the downstairs laundry. Person needs to: - demolish the old tiles (they should be able to go into bin, not too many tiles) - do waterproofing - glue, grout, caulk, place new tiles. Balcony is approximately 265 cm x 155 cm. Looking for somebody to do the work ASAP due to the water leakage. Fee is for labour, will be pay extra for materials as required/advised. 3 kitchen tiles have come off and need to be stuck back on/replaced. We have 2 tiles in good condition—one with quite a lot of adhesive material stuck to it. Bathroom has a shower booth and the edges where the walls meet the floor are poorly sealed. It is a bit mouldy and holds a bit of water. Sealant needs to be stripped out and resealed. There is also a small section of tile that has come away from the grout and water gets in there, which needs to be regrouted or sealed.

I have rain water that is pooling under my patio instead of going down the drain (in photos). Looking for a tiler to pull up, relevel and relay the tiles under the patio where water is pooling (dark area in photos) so that the water heads to the drain.
