Find a professional tiler in Seven Hills NSW

The previous owners put this sandstone tile in the bathroom and they are dirty and retain the cold. Looking to remove them and replace with a checkered tile. Bathroom is only small (approx 6m2) but the current drains are made out of the same tile, so would need a solution for this too. Would love an opinion re: waterproofing too. Can this be done without disturbing current waterproofing?
