I have just under 3 square metres of tiling to be done in the laundry and kitchen for two splashbacks. Large ceramic subway tiles (300x75) to be placed vertically, there’s some cutting to be done in the kitchen, but not in the laundry. Some patching may need to be done in the laundry (but most likely not) and extra glue will be required in the kitchen to align tiles to the edge of an existing strip of splashback (tiling above this narrow strip). Tiles are supplied, but not glue and grout.

Ensuite shower waterproofing has been compromised on a 8 year old shower and water leaked to the ground floor ceiling.
