Small space off the garage needs tiling, floor is ready to go. Approx 1.8m x 3m in size, it requires no tiles to be cut around anything, as it’s just a big rectangle. I have the tiles, which are 60cm x 60cm, but I have no other materials or tools. Pretty much just enough tiles to do the space. I’m not fussed on grout colour; tiles are grey, so whatever goes best with that! I have been stuffed around so much looking for someone to do this job, so my price is firm. I have just under 3 square metres of tiling to be done in the laundry and kitchen for two splashbacks. Large ceramic subway tiles (300x75) to be placed vertically, there’s some cutting to be done in the kitchen, but not in the laundry. Some patching may need to be done in the laundry (but most likely not) and extra glue will be required in the kitchen to align tiles to the edge of an existing strip of splashback (tiling above this narrow strip). Tiles are supplied, but not glue and grout.
