Small Job. Need few tiling to be done. 30x10 - 11 tiles All materials available

Hello! We need to tile our down stairs, self-contained area just shy of 30 square meters? See attached mud map with our rough measurements. Things you might like to know: * There is a very little ramp (no wider than ~20cm) from walk way in front of shower and toilet into bedroom. * We were thinking of carpeting the bedroom area but would like it included for now in the quote for tiling. If you can do carpet and quote for that then we would be stoked! * Existing concrete slab in pretty good nick - it's been like this since we have moved in. Not sure if it needs some levelling - doesn't feel like it under foot. But we aren't tiling experts! * We have 13 full boxes of tiles left over plus a BUNCH of good sized offcuts from a previous tiling job that we want to use but don't have glue or grout etc. The tile size is 600mmx600mm. See photo for tiles. We've attached some photos of the space - we currently have a tenant in here and they have thrown down random floor rugs or coverings but none of them are glued down. They are due to move out February and we will clear the space ready to go post their exit. And we are keen to do this job ASAP after that. TIA for your consideration in doing this job for us.

Hi, The task involves installing a splashback that is 4.5 metres in length and 490 wide. The splashback is 600 by 300. I need it installed on the 14/10/2024 or 15/10/2024. Can also be installed after that. There is 3 PowerPoint that need to be taken out.

Need tiler to 1. Remove half tile as highlighted 2. Cut and replace 2 new tiles to size as per existing tiles 3.grout tiles where replaced 4. Cut metal strip and glue to hide gap as per below but open to any better ideas… As per picture there is a gap between benctop and tiles, new kitchen has been installed. I was thinking for an “easy” and quick fix, a metal flat bar strip (https://www.bunnings.com.au/metal-mate-60-x-3mm-1m-aluminium-flat-bar-1m_p0427754) could be cut and then stuck to tile? But open to ideas? This is rental property so doesn’t need to be perfect. I will Pay for materials.

We need a area tiled in our bedroom near the outdoor sliding door (like a landing area). The rest of the bedroom is wooden floating floors. It would need to be finished with a strip. The area is approx: 1550mm x 910mm. Tiles supplied but we do not have a finishing strip.

We are looking for a licensed tiler to screed our shower and tile our new bathroom/laundry (one room). Waterproofing has been completed and the angle is in. Support bricks. Cut bricks. Tidy brick area (brick laying). Install window. Seal and tidy. Remove any rubbish eg un- used bricks. Needs to be done once kitchen is removed before new one goes in - probably January

An experienced handyman with some carpentry ,flooring & plumbing skills to carry out the bathroom shower floor repairs. Please see the attached photos. 1. Water is leaking through the shower tiled floor cracks into the walls around (hallway, laundry, toilet) damaging the gyprock wall that needs to be cutout and replaced. 2. Shower tiled flooring either needs to be property regrouted and sealed. If the tiles are porous as they are old, we can consider replacing the tiles with some waterproofing layer beneth. 3. Replaced gyprock board (small area of 2 SQM) needs to be painted. I think this is a tiny job of 15 mins or so 4. Properly seal all areas including taps, kitchen, laundry
