Find a professional tiler in Southbank

I have a new renovated kitchen and bathroom. Looking to get the stone elements protected with a sealant that lasts. 2 bathrooms and 1 powder plus a stone benchtop. Looking for someone who has experience in this and have proper sealant that can do this.

The inside of the sink has been stained by an unknown substance. The stain cannot be removed and must be restored to the original color by whatever means are possible. I have no clue what the best course of action would be.

I want to cover the row under the bath (145cm x 38cm). There is a hole and I would like to find tiles and cover the entire row so that it looks good.
