Area under stove ~65cm x 60cm is mostly untiled with renment of old tiles. The floor in the rest of the kitchen look like vinyl tiles. The floor under the stove needs renment of old tiles removed and retiled to look like to rest of the kitchen floor as much as possible. (I don't know where to find the same vinyl tiles, so would love to hear your suggestions/advice about this.) Let me know how much you can do it for.

Hi, I need someone to lay about 20-25 tiles - Tiles for a new laundry (just underneath a laundry trough and washing machine. And a small splashback behind laundry trough. The area is currently free of any appliances. It has new chipboard and waterproofing ready for tile installation. The new laundry trough and outlets are there ready to go. We also have the floor of a small toilet to retile also. This area will also be waterproofed and ready to go. We have already purchased the tiles which are in boxes onsite. There is a choice of 200 x 200 tiles or 400 x 400 tiles. We have already purchased spacers and a a 20lt bucket of adhesive glue. We will just require grout in charcoal colour.

I’ve attempted to paint my splashback without realising you can’t paint silicone! You can see from the photos where the paint won’t stick. Most of the silicone has now been removed, but I need someone with more expertise than myself to finish the job! Paint and equipment supplied.
