Around 2mx1.6m to tile - I have tiles ready - can supply grout and glue if needed - I will remove vynl floor and skirting - no tiling required for skirting I have done and can do myself but don’t have the time atm. If the work is good I have other bigger projects.

Toilet is 83.5cm x 177.5cm. Needs old tiles taken up and new vinyl tiles put down. Have the new tiles but no adhesive etc. Toilet will likely need taking out to get to tiles underneath and to reseal as tiles are differing depths.
