I have a ground floor unit on Chevron Island, the entire place is 93m2 including the outdoor area, I’m estimating the outdoor is under half so let’s say 40 ish to give you an idea. I need the tiles replaced, there is no grout left between them, they are very old & water has got underneath. Dog urine also has and they stink. Update as of 12 Aug. Need help to revive/restore/refresh or regrout&re-silicone tiles in kitchen. Pics attached, look closely around the edges for critical grout repairs, etc. Can be done afternoon next week, Aug 19-23. Thanks for your interest and quote.
