The water spilling from the shower has damaged the grout and timber skirting next to it. And it looks like it's seeped into the floor below to the kitchen ceiling (discoloration can be physically seen), see images attached. I need a plumber to check that there isn't any pipes leaking in the subfloor, regret the damaged tiles in the bathroom floor, replace skirting and paint the skirting. I want to tile my two hallway floors in a monocottura (single-fired) hexagon tile. I have enough for 27 sqm so should easily cover both halls and the storage cupboards. Tiling will be onto cement base so please include any intermediary fabric or board in the quote. I will remove the floor tiles seen in third pic before new tiles are placed. There's a small possibility that tiles in second hallway will go over existing tiles. Hopefully I can clear the floor completely. I'd like the job completed before August 18 (one week prior to carpet install). However if cannot be done then, I can push carpet back. My conservative calculation is 14sqm of tiling? Lots of cuts. Hallway 1 is (5.3m x 1.6m) and (.95m x 3.2m) approx. Hallway 2 is (3.8m x .86m).
