I am posting this ad in a different way since I had to make some amendments to the task description. I will upload some pictures. I need someone to do some regrouting not on all places but some parts of the shower wall that the grout is coming off or the two walls are coming together. The whole bath tube area and outer parts and the shower area need recaulking. I also need someone do some repaintable caulking in my garage bathroom skirt board to seal it. I need some old caulking to come off in a clean way that does not damage the wall paint.

Our bathroom is seeing some age, the tiles are fine but the grout is wearing away particularly in the shower. There is also some mould trapped behind the sealant in the shower, so would like that refreshed too.

Need someone to screed a 900 x 900 shower base, slab already chipped out.

Hi all, We need to tile the laundry splashback, it is about 1.1 sqm. We already have the mosaic tiles. One wall is 1585mm X 620mm. We are okay doing the grounting.

For 2 showers, I need some parts of the shower floor and wall regrouted and sealed. 1 of my showers has a glass panel stuck to the floor with sealant which is coming off. I need the sealant to be redone. There is also sealant near the wall next to the washbasin that needs to be replaced. The color of my sealant near the basin is Magnolia. The colour of the grout is similar.

We need someone to paint our bathroom and skirting tiles in white. We have done the first coat but would like someone professional to complete the job and make it look nice. We will provide the paint.

Bathroom tile grout is old and needs to be removed and then re-grouted. Where the shower base meets the tiling, caulking also needs to be re-done. Tiles do not need replacing as they're in reasonable condition & we don't intend to stay in the house long term.
