Tile kitchen splashback with small subway tiles. About 5m2

Tiling a laundry room (2m x 2m) and splashback. Waterproofing needs to be checked, we removed the old vinyl floor and it looks like some cement sheeting on the floor. See photos. Needs to be done in January, end of.

I have had a toilet pulled out to be replaced with a new toilet. New toilet bowl is a different size so I need four tiles put in floor so new toilet can sit on replaced tiles. Because it is such a small job a person living near Toowong would probably suit.

Would you be able to identify water leak in shower, remove and install same shower screen after tiling, then remove few wall and floor tiles, in shower area, redo water proofing and install new tiles with epoxy grouting for for floor and bottom layer of wall tiles in shower area at a house in JIndalee. Replace one corner tile. Install 4 or 5 onto blank concrete floor. Tile cutter and proper glue needed. Handyman required.

Tiler/flooring person needed to even out this vinyl layered wooded floor in the toilet before the new toilet can be installed. Wanting to rip out the old vinyl too if possible. Looking for a qualified tiler or tradesperson to regrout the walls of my ensuite shower. Three walls in total. Each wall is 90 w x 205 h. Tiles are 200 x 200. Grout needed is white and would like sealed for mold protection.
