I bought vinyl floor tiles and have tried to lay myself but am having trouble doing the cut outs around bathroom fixtures. I can’t find a sharp enough knife to cut. Bathroom is 150x110cm Laundry is 150x105cm Looking for someone to install these for me in bathroom and laundry. Just want these installed with a 2-5mm gap and cut to shape. I have started to put on some stick on tiles on this small section of my laundry. Need someone who is really steady and precise hands to help me stick them on ( very sticky) the area only requires 12 squares just need help cutting out the bits for the taps as I’ve really done a bodgy cut

1.2m squared tiled bathroom floor needs grout cleaned up please. Not urgent

Situation is that a plumber removed an old toilet, damaged the floor tiles and found the there’s no waterproofing under the floor. This is in an old terrace house. The room has just a toilet and basin, no shower. Before the plumber reinstalls the toilet, we want the floor waterproofed and tiles replaced. Room size is 1770 x 1050 mm. Job is to - remove floor tiles and concrete - remove wall tiles to 10cm above floor - remove 4 damaged tiles from where the cistern used to be (see photo) - lay waterproofing agent and membrane - lay substrate for tiles with fall to floor drain - lay floor tiles and wall tiles to replace the tiles that were removed at the start. I will supply the tiles. Let me know if you have a better suggestion about how to do this job.
