A couple of timber floorboards appear to have expanded and caused a ridge. Would possibly need removal and re fixing. Existing boards to be used.

I am looking for someone with the right experience to fix some minor issues with my floating timber floor. 1) The trim in one doorway is starting to lift and needs to be re-adhere. Also keen to replace some existing but damaged floorboards throughout my apartment with the same floorboards. Hi Airtaskers! We’re in need to have our small bedrooms floor refurbished by removing existing carpet and replace with some sort of inexpensive timber flooring similar to what we have in lounge. Bedroom is small - I reckon not more than 10 sqm - and used as office for work from home as primary location by my partner so ideally job done on a Friday (first choice) or Thursday (2nd). It’s got to be done within a day. We’re expecting good quality DIY workmanship as well as hardware: part of the task would be to supply flooring (Bunnings is only 4 min drive from here) to be reimbursed outside of Airtasker but please don’t ask whether to make a deal for the main task itself outside of the Airtasker arrangement as I am not interested. Need to remove concrete channels which are depth of 10mm from timber floor in lounge room in preparation for replacement boards. Only need concrete removed and taken away, approx 12m x 10cm widechannels and triangle where previous fireplace was. Also removal of Bar. See photos.
