We are preparing our place for a new floor and need someone to: - remove and dispose floating timber floor and skirting - includes a kitchen, hallway, living and large bedroom - total area is 54m2 - remove and dispose skirting only in 2 bedrooms - total area 18.6m2 - remove carpet in WIR total area 7.5m2 We’ve already pulled up a few of the boards to see,m what’s underneath. Areas are located on the first floor of our house.

Timber floors old + new need sanding & polishing. Approx. 130sqm, including stairs.

Community Hall timber floor needs buffing and polishing. Scuff marks cleaned up. Size is 15.2m x 8.9m =135 sqm.

Kitchen is being removed. Timber floor only butted up to kick boards so will have areas that need to be matched with existing floor. Timber is Blackbutt which was layed over original floor of house.

I have floating floor boards that have bowed across four boards. I have tried to show as much in the pictures as possible. I know that I could potentially remove some skirting boards and saw edges but don’t have the tools or the expertise to know where to start.
