Find a local timber flooring profesional in NSW

The floor has been damaged by the surface flooding. Some boards are lifted up. Required to remove a few current timber floor boards, Cut them along the board and place them back, apply wood filler, screws, sand and stain/oil. Need a qoute first.

Theres timber flooring under my carpet. Now one piece of the carpet have arched up due to the timber flooring arching. When stepped on, it flattens however archs back up once there’s no weight on it. It is near the edge of the carpet lining

I am looking for someone with the right experience to fix some minor issues with my floating timber floor. 1) The trim in one doorway is starting to lift and needs to be re-adhere. The trim is otherwise in good condition 2)A visible gap has appeared where two boards have slipped away from each other near a wall. The boards are otherwise in good condition.

Need to remove concrete channels which are depth of 10mm from timber floor in lounge room in preparation for replacement boards. Only need concrete removed and taken away, approx 12m x 10cm widechannels and triangle where previous fireplace was. Also removal of Bar. See photos.
