We require a qualified or experienced professional timber flooring installer to help us with the installation of 12mm engineered timber flooring. It is a single level house and there are no stairs or steps. However, furniture will need to shift around during installation which I am happy to assist with the moving. Here is the scope of work: 1 - Removal of carpet from the 3 bedrooms and existing skirting boards 2 - Check for squeaky areas and adding nails where necessary 3 - Lay underlay and install timber flooring through the whole house excluding the laundry 4 - Reinstalling of new skirting boards throughout We will supply : 1 - 12mm engineered timber flooring 2 - Timber floor Underlay 2 to 5mm thickness 3 - New skirting boards We have a limited budget due to overspending on other renovations on the house and purchases of the materials and please only response if you can work within out budget of $1,800 or $2.5K including supplying of good quality 2mm underlay and 66mm pine skirting for approx 110LM.
