Would love someone to remove skirting boards in this small section, glue down these floors (they were loose laid and because this section isn’t level they move), put skirting boards back on.

Install engineered timber planks. Remove carpet, 3 bedrooms, living and dining area. Approx.65 square metre.

I need a floorinstaller for installing timber floors in my dual story house (ground+1st floor). Total floor area approx 226 sqm. Timber panels will be supplied by me, only installation required. We have recently removed carpet in house revealing red jarrah floorboards. Need carpet tacks and nails removed, some floor boards need to be replaced, sanded no polished or stained. Approximately 100m2.

Remove about 3 square metres of tiles and replace with timber laminate flooring. The tiles are in a narrow walkway between 2 rooms that already have the laminate flooring. I’m looking for a seamless effect so it isn’t obvious they were laid at different times
