Replace the internal timber balustrade at first floor level as its only 860mm in lieu of the required 1m such that it is at least 1m above Finished floor level which appears to be a brown coloured laminate/ vinyl type floor finish. I need an experienced floor sander to come on site and see if the existing floorboards have any remaining life left and if the floor could be sanded and refinished. I’m not sure if and how many times the previous owners have sanded it before. This task is for project scoping only.

Have removed tiles and most of the glue but there is more and need more hands to remove the rest.
