Nails need to be punched down slightly, filled with Pine filler (I have bought - no silicone, sanding friendly) and the gaps between the planks filled (no more gaps, timber floor, no silicone - have bought), - sanded down - sealed - BONUS: concrete part will need to be filled with mortar or concrete if possible Please let me know if you need more photos or details to give me a quote - thank you!

Wanted to get the quote on floor polish

We have been renting for 5 years in a house and gradually due to furnitures moving around the timber floor has lot of scratches. I have been suggested to do a polishing of the floor to remove the scratches. Looking for someone who is experienced in doing this work and my intention is to mainly eliminate the scratches (see attached pic)

In a small section of timber flooring a gap appears and it sounds when stepped over it. The boards need to re-adjusted . approxmately 10-15 planks to be adjusted.
