Remove timber “hut” structure which has rotting timber. Will need to completely remove, including ceiling and roof and take away rubbish. BYO tools and ladders. Highest point of structure is 3m and width is 1.7m.

Some timber is rotted due to an old roof leak that is now repaired. Happy to upgrade price if work is more than expected, but I suspect just a couple of timber sections will need to be replaced.

frame around the glass needs replacing. Currently timber but aluminium would be preferable. outer frame, nearest to the bricks is okay but the inner wood is rotten and putty melted!
