A few items to be done in the apartment, in priority order below: *1. The rod in the wardrobe had broken, looks like may need a new rod to be installed. *2. The toilet seat is loose, could do with changing a new seat. 3. Laundry door is a bit sticky at the bottom it scrapes the floor, needs to be chiselled. 4. The strip of the mirror cupboard in the bathroom is deteriorating/peeling off. See photos. * If you can supply new rod and new toilet seat, the budget is $300. Thanks! - Due date: Needs to be done on either this Saturday 26th or Sunday, 27th Feb 2022.
