I need to have the ceiling of my balcony rendered, Size; about 3 m2, located on 1st floor in an old style apartment. Please quote accordingly. Prefer yo have the job done in the next few days

Require repair of verandah post due to rotting. Asking for quotation at this stage. See pictures for detail. Posts are accessible any time. Seems just the architrave bottoms are rotted posts seem ok.

Our walk in wardrobe needs a re-do as the shelves and hanging rack are falling apart. The balustrade needs to have an upright welded between every existing upright, 94 in all, so the gaps comply with OHS, the height of the balustrade is acceptable already. You must be a certified welder - Due date: Flexible

Looking for somebody to paint over the green render only. We will supply the paint. Two coats. We don’t want undercoat. We will paint the windows/trellis/shutters etc ourselves. This job is only to paint the green render and the top gutter along the roofline. The render is only on the front of the house - it doesn’t wrap down the sides. *Please note I work for an Advertising Agency and this will also be used to promote Air Tasker on social media platforms. You must be comfortable being filmed whilst painting. Please no time wasters as there are a few people we are trying to coordinate to produce this.

We live in an old renovated apartment with some kind of render/plaster over the internal brick walls. They are not regular plaster walls. A section under a window has been destroyed by water leaks (which have been repaired). Need a plasterer who is skilled at this type of plastering work to repair the damage as best as possible ideally without having to redo the whole wall section. Also have a standard surface crack on sunroom ceiling to be repaired. I don’t know how much this work will cost so would like any estimates from potential contractors please!

Hi, Needing an experienced Trades person/Handy Person for multiplier small jobs. Needs to have experience in tiling, grouting, rendering/plastering and wall hanging. Need a small area above stove tiled. Area is no more than 1.5m x 1m. I have tiles ready to go. Also need small area to the right of oven rendered or “patched” up, to get the oven area looking a little neater. I have a larger 900mm free standing oven to replace the existing stove seen in pictures. The old white stove has gone and the space is currently empty, ready for work. Please see images attached. Small areas in red are the areas needing work completed. Area above stove to be tiled. Area to the left of stove to be rendered or “Patched”.
