Electrical & plumbing
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. I have removed all of the existing roof sheets from my rear awning and require someone to install new polycarbonate roof sheets (laserlite 2000 / suntuf or similar). I have not purchased any materials. The rafters are ok but a couple of the roof battens will need replacing (warped). The new battens will need to be painted black to match the existing - I have spare paint handy. Installation required in accordance with the installation guide with 'noise stop tape' etc. Roof is approximate 26m2.
