4 bedroom 2 story house approximately 29 sqm. Not every part of internal house wall requires painting. Parts of external render facade also requires painting. Painting required as touch up to prepare house for sale.

Our front verandah needs some TLC. The area is approximately 2.5 x 5 metres. The area had thick outdoor tiles from the 70's that I had to jack hammer out. I managed to retain half the concrete that was underneath. I am looking to have exposed aggregate or permeable stone be applied to that area - Open to suggestions. I want to also have that applied to the steps too. Half the verandah has a concrete slab while the other half was destroyed from the Jack hammering. See attached photos. Let me know what you think

I am looking to install a bit heavy 2M by 1M mirror in my living room over the buffet table. This is a plaster board wall. The mirror needs to be shipped from a store which is 3.5km from my home as it is too large for my car.
