Refuse to be taken away and dumped at tip by the builder firm or person undertaking the work. Scaffolding may be required and to be included in the cost quoted. Temporary storing of rubbish to be included on the cost quoted if required. Need a proper builder with a licence number to be verified.Will require a NSW Fair Trading Contract to be signed before starting. Require fair trading warranty.
