Handy person required to take down 3 awnings ( 2 front of property and 1 out the back ) including brackets and a fly screen door. Single story home. Awnings, brackets and fly screen door can be placed out the front for hard rubbish next week. Must be professional and have your own tools to carry out the job. Photos attached. Ripped out an old cupboard and found this exposed uneven brick behind it. Gave it a shot today at rendering it, to smooth it out ready for painting but I'm not super confident in my ability to finish the job off

We need a section of the timber floor repaired in our previous rental apartment (where we no longer live).
