The Rear Staircase (roughly 10 steps) has handrail only on 1 side (towards garden) wand required balustrade. The other side (towards the house) needs new balustrade and handrail. The Balustrade either can be in tension wires or hollow tubes welded and painted to the existing handrail with gaps no bigger than 120mm. The other side needs to be similar. The timber treads need repair/replacement. Alternatively please provide another quote if both sides of the Balustrade can be done similar to front staircase( In Timber/Metal) please see attached photos of Rear staircase and Front staircase for reference. - Due date: Before Saturday, 12 November 2022
