Electrical & plumbing
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. You’d need to hire an electrician to install your new light fittings or electrical equipment, like ovens. Carpentry & cabinet making
Tradesmen are usually qualified professionals, so they’re ideally suited to tasks that need a higher skill level than a handyman. Carpenters and cabinet makers are in high demand for installing new cabinets, custom-making furniture and installing built-in robes and cupboards. They’ll measure your space to ensure the furniture and built-ins fit perfectly and match your existing decor. Install retractable manual folding arm awning above sliding door onto masonry wall of the house. The awning is preassembled. Install the awning brackets to the wall and then attach the awning to the brackets. Can send a picture of the awning and instructions.
Robbie was fantastic and did the job for us. We had to delay the install by a day but Robbie was proactive in his communication and kept us in the loop. He showed up on time the next day and did the tricky install expertly. Highly recommend to anyone look for a qualified professional handyman.

House recently bought, part of the house is on a slope and as such has what I can only assume to be some water erosion of some of the render/underlying brick. Does it just need some paint? Maybe some mortar? Whole new render? Not pedantic, probably just need to stop water getting in. I am looking into getting some additional drainage put in separately.
