Hi I need to replace the old timber balustrade on the balcony the measurements are about 1.5mx3.5m

2 Walls around 2 meters altogether. Wall 1: ~ 85 cms. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 50 cm from the bottom. Wall 2: ~1.15 Mts. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 13 cm, and on the right-hand side. Check the pictures, please. Maybe plastering and/or rendering is required. NO PAINTING. I will expect to have a similar texture to the rest of the wall. Successfully finishing the task may lead to additional task(s) almost immediately after this one is done.

Looking for a handyman to fix a hole in my wall. I have a roughly 300mm x 300mm hole in my drywall that needs to be repaired. I need a quote for Materials and labour to fix the hole, repaint and make good (I will provide the correct paint but all other materials and tools will need to be included in the quote)

I need a quote for building extra weight bearing walls below my balcony as a support. Having no wall under the balcony and building's water ingress problem is causing widening of cracks and florescence and it is worsening every time it rains. I believe that the weight bearing supports (i.e. extra walls) have to be built on the below floors' balcony to support the weight of my balcony around the building. The building report has been filed by qualified engineer and this problem has been included in the building report. Currently I am seeking for a contractor to do individual work that can be approved by the strata. Additionally upgrade pre-existing balcony metal balustrade on level 3 (there is no set backs) by replacing it or covering it with white wooden balustrade that is pictured as below. The pictures below show standard balustrades built in public schools in NSW. The balustrades need to be at least 1 m high and will have pipe holes on the bottom of these balustrades to let the rainwater drain off. When these pipe holes are created, raised bed on the edge of the balcony needs to be carved down in a circular shape to match the current balcony flooring level so that drainage to edge of the building can happen. You may need to create like 8 holes on the bottom of the balustrades. My balcony length is approximately 17m long. Price can be negotiated. Currently this is under pre-approval stage with strata and I need a quote from qualified builder with license and insurance so you can be approved from strata to go ahead with the job. After your job is done, the same engineering company will inspect the site to approve of the building work. - Due date: Flexible
