I have removed all of the existing roof sheets from my rear awning and require someone to install new polycarbonate roof sheets (laserlite 2000 / suntuf or similar). I have not purchased any materials. The rafters are ok but a couple of the roof battens will need replacing (warped). The new battens will need to be painted black to match the existing - I have spare paint handy.  Installation required in accordance with the installation guide with 'noise stop tape' etc. Roof is approximate 26m2.

Had some timber work removed from garden seating area where render work was damaged. Need those areas repaired and patched.

Renderering required arcylic , please ignore the incomplete work it will be completed by Tuesday Around 9 metres in length and 2.2 metres in height

Spiral concrete stairs connect the first and second levels of this three-story house. At the moment, we have provided temporary steel railings that will be taken down before we introduce glass railings. Our 12mm tempered (toughened) glass has been designed and manufactured, and the measurements are fairly accurate. The tempered glass panels with 40mm round standoff (SS304) are available at the site. Before the installation process, it is necessary to move the glass panels from the ground level to the first and second levels. The weight of each panel varies from 20kg to 40kg depending on its size. The installer must be a licensed glass installer and carry insurance in case of any material damage or break. It's possible to negotiate a reasonable and affordable installation cost.

Hi , one of bedroom door needs a bit of sanding and then fixed on the hinges. We installed new flooring and this door doesn’t fit correctly. So the bottom side needs to be sanded as per the line in the photo.
