I assembled a 3m awning for my balcony, then realised there aren’t studs where the 8cm awning bolts (photo attached) need to go in. The awning will sit on the red wall above the window - see photo. I believe the only way it can be safely mounted is by attaching a 3m long, 6cm thick board onto the wall with 8-10 screws and anchors, then bolting the awning onto the board to evenly distribute the weight. Similar to how a TV can be mounted onto plasterboard using a supporting board - photo attached. Also open to other ideas to ensure maximum reinforcement. Bunnings is 5 mins from my place - I can acquire screws/bolts/anchors etc but the 3m timber won’t fit in my car so I’ll need you for that. Ideally looking for someone on the afternoon of Sunday 27th, otherwise the days following are an option.

Render repair to exterior of two storey terrace.

Hey I have a false ceiling with an attic access but the false ceiling is about 30/40cm so I can't access deeper. There are two loose rail hooks that are causing rattling at night and am looking for someone with skill to come take a look and see about doing something (maybe wedging something to stop rattle). Also discuss insulation (likely just sliding it in, cannot remove false ceiling.

Install an awning (already there) onto the roof. Awning picture and roof pictures attached. I have two of the awnings. One will need to be potentially partially cut to fit the width - it is polycarbonate plastic. I have the attached bolts but if they don't look like they are the correct ones to use to attach to the roof the air tasker will need to provide their own.
