Installation of Balustrade, glazing handrails for internal stairs and pool fencing for a duplex at 4 Redgum Ave, Cronulla for VG Project Group.

Need handy man to fix awning that faces street. Then need the display hooks fixed into walls. Max would be a 2 hour job

I removed a furniture to install a new one, which is only a drawers at the bottom and now I need Wall leveling and repair, including filling uneven surfaces and ensuring a smooth finish. Don’t need to be painted as the wall paper is going to cover it.

Need switch replaced for awning. Switch is removed. Will need to source new switch and install and I understand the cost of the switch will be additional.

Please do not accept if the job cannot be completed by Saturday 31st of August. Ideally if the job can be done on Thurs 29 and/or Fri 30 August that would be great. The render was repaired yesterday and is drying today. Painting the render repair is the main priority. If time allows, there are secondary tasks like painting over hairline cracks and fixing flaking paint on a cornice or two. See images for more details.

Job absolutely needs to be complete by Saturday 31st of August 2024 at the latest so please don’t accept if you can’t do it by this date. I was going to do this job myself using CSR topping compound however I ran out of time. Just need the cracks filled with topping compound, then sanded and then painted with matching paint please.

Have a new sliding door installed so need to repair some damaged wall parts and square up the floor step: - repair damaged wall sections and prepare for paint - remove tile and soft bedding slope and make a square set - optional; waterproof the step after done Detail shown in the photos :) Cheers. - Due date: Flexible

Require some repair/patch work for both render and gyprock: Render: - take down soft bedding and tile slope and make square step up as per mark up. - waterproof this long step section - patch render repair as per photos to prepare for paint Gyprock: - remove cornice and make square set to allow for curtains above door. - p50 line around the door reveal - sand back and prepare for paint Take note of photos please :) - Due date: Flexible

Pick up a pre paid click and collect washing line from caringbah Bunnings head to the property removing the old one and installing a new on on the brick rendered wall - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 10 October 2023

Have vinyl sign installed already on a steel awning ( with-double sided tape) need someone to secure sign with screws.( roughly 8 screws should do it) Ladder needed. Need done before sept 30 - Due date: Before Saturday, 30 September 2023
