Caravan awning replacement

Need to stall about 6 hooks into outdoor wall (cement rendered). It’s to hang out door lights.

I have 2 holes that need to be patched up that are on a concrete rendered surface. Both are outside and I’m after a finish that blends in with the existing wall texture. No painting required just the patching up. I will paint over at a later stage.

I am after some balustrade done if this is something you can do please contact me

We need to get some wire and have it attached to a wooden fence prior to planting jasmine

It was reported to me that the balustrade on my balcony look tilted or wobbly and that this could need new paste

The verandah to be repainted and a few walls in the house touched up.

I need 2x built in wardrobes disassembled before my home renovations and then reinstalled afterwards. One wardrobe is large (5 door) and other is smaller (3 doors). The height is appx 2.5m. Wardrobes will be empty.

We need a handy person, or a concrete repair person to Fix, clean and touch up/paint our small porch balustrade. Photos are attached to see the work required, but it seems that some of the slab has broken/chipped off, and also cracking at the top. We are happy to cover costs of the parts/paint required (keep receipts).

There is a bit of rotting of the weatherboard timber as seen on photos which needs to be filled and sealed or cut away and replaced.

Need replacement of verandah joists and bearers 6.9m x 1.2m

Handyman required. Broken window awning winder needs to be removed, and new one installed. New one has been purchased and will be provided. Please note, the window is not accessible from the outside of building as on second level apartment. Must come with all necessary tools and equipment to complete the job.
