I have a rotten verandah post that needs to be removed and replaced. 100 x 100 x approx 2800. Has attached both timber and stainless steel cable railing.

Render patch and fill small holes on a few small areas on brick work. Gound story house in wynnum west. We will paint ourselves once the render is patched.

Patching to existing render and make ready for painting. Clean up joint between James Hardie fine texture sheets and existing rendered brick wall below. Patch old bracket holes, etc.

Quote required. Have about 4 areas around the house where there are holes in the ceiling due to other work done & water damage from an upstairs leaking pipe (pipe has been fixed). Would now like to get these holes repaired & painted. Would like to have this done on Wed 18/12. Thank you

I have bought a Vidal raised garden bed and a retractable awning. They need to be put together so that I can install them. They are simple construction but I just don’t have time. Instructions are with each item

Need to fill in 2x old door entrances and a window, require it to be brick/tied in and rendered to match surrounding render. One door entrance only to be bricked 2/3 of height due to window to be installed at a later date. Easy access, external slab on ground in work area. Doors/window will be removed by myself before works are undertaken. Bricks will be supplied unless you have bricks for reasonable price, thanks.

I have two walls , 5m x 30cm which needs rendering in our front yard. One has been almost completed just needs touching up

We need a bricklayer to build two small walls at the front of the garage to a height of approximately 383mm, including a sill brick. Would also like the brick faces rendered if possible.
