Need to cut a small layer (about 1cm) of existing render below the sliding glass doors (2 balconies) and tile the part, and cut a small part of the tiles of the step and retile. A tiler/renderer can do the job. See photos.

I damaged render when staining the deck, I tried to paint the render but used the wrong colour, causing colour difference which to me is uncomfortable. I recently found the exact colour used from my building contract. 1. I want to clean the affected surface and top of render (damaged due to weather), apply new coat of paint or dedicated render refresh paint. （Render finish Dulux Acra Tex Colour - Ceylonese P13C7)

There are three exterior rendered walls. Pics below 2 x Coats of paint I have the paint. 25L Dulux Weathershield It's really just the exterior, as the interior of these walls will have soil. You would only need to protect the front stairs from splatter.

Need someone to install a utilities access panel in drywall. Existing hole in wall needs to be expanded a little bit before installing access panel flush within wall with no gaps and then painted to blend into drywall. Access panel provided. Please bring all tools/materials to complete installation. Current hole measures 700*380 with access panel installation dimensions 780*400.
