I’m looking for an experienced cement renderer or masonry professional to: • Fill and patch the damaged area with cement or render • Match the original wall texture and finish as closely as possible • Prepare and paint the patched area to blend in with the surrounding wall The goal is to restore the wall to its original appearance. The area is easily accessible from outside the house. Please bring your own tools and materials or let me know what’s needed.

Supply and fit Indoor balustrade needs raising on both hand rails sides, cleanup. Length 3555 cm Width 1120 cm Add wood/top handrail to indoor balustrade to raise it to 1m height. Current height is too short. Required by Council.

I already have a RTT and a 270 awning installed on my Rhino platform. However, the brackets of the awning need to be replaced. The RTT needs to be removed, the platform bars should be adjusted for new brackets, awning and RTT reinstalled.

There are three exterior rendered walls. Pics below 2 x Coats of paint I have the paint. 25L Dulux Weathershield It's really just the exterior, as the interior of these walls will have soil. You would only need to protect the front stairs from splatter.

Need someone to install a utilities access panel in drywall. Existing hole in wall needs to be expanded a little bit before installing access panel flush within wall with no gaps and then painted to blend into drywall. Access panel provided. Please bring all tools/materials to complete installation. Current hole measures 700*380 with access panel installation dimensions 780*400.
