Need someone to fix our broken motorized awning. And also help hang a picture frame (heavy so needs a proper hook) and 2 hat hooks - reference pictured attached. Remote and motorized awning pic attached.

We have cut the balustrade and need a welder to attach it to the new front door. Please see images to show where it needs to be welded.

I removed old kitchen wall cabinets to discover there was no cement or plastering done underneath. Only the top part as the new kitchen cabinets will hide the bottom part. I've attached some images.

There is an existing awning which is strong and solid. Want to have the awning across the facade. It will be approx 1 and half metres each side of existing awning. Thursday or fridays are good. You will need to supply materials ie timber and iron for awning. Iron will need to match existing on awning.
