The canvas awning needs replacing on this First floor unit.

I removed old kitchen wall cabinets to discover there was no cement or plastering done underneath. Only the top part as the new kitchen cabinets will hide the bottom part. I've attached some images.

Need section of wall rendered / cement plastered. Wall is on average approx 20mm thick. Wall won't be painted and will be behind a kit kitchen. I measured area needing to be done in three sections 1800x600 and 800x1300 and 1000x350. Unit in Elwood.

Attach metal basket ball ring to rendered brick wall. Must supply hammer drill. Ladder and masonary bolts supplied.

There is an existing awning which is strong and solid. Want to have the awning across the facade. It will be approx 1 and half metres each side of existing awning. Thursday or fridays are good. You will need to supply materials ie timber and iron for awning. Iron will need to match existing on awning.

Window awning to be added onto both sides so it is more like a verandah look at front of house
