Verandah 4.4 m x 7 m needs new polycarbonate roof sheeting that allows light thru but blocks the max amount of heat

Need to replace UV & Heat reflective polycarbonate corrugated roof sheeting that is 4.5m x 7.8m. Roof has easy access Roof type is Flat with a slant towards the house gutters. - Due date: Flexible

Carpenter required to replace 2 timber Verandah posts (110x110mm posts) sitting on centre fix anchors, but anchors can be changed to another type if necessary. Will provide materials separately, quote for labour.

Verandah 6x10 needs polycarbonate roof sheeting replaced with smoke corrugated poly carbonate sheeting that stops heat and UV.

Render exterior of house where window has been replaced. Finish off the gaps surrounding the bifold doors. Have been installed without reveal (our mistake). Looking for ways to seal it off. External is not exposed to weather as it opens out to a undercover patio. Another small render job on side of house where old AC unit has been removed. Color does not have to match as we'll be painting the exterior later this year. Flexible on day and time.
