Need rendering and painting Or direct Dulux tinted texture coating of the facade and one side (backyard/patio side) brick walls of the house and a small fireplace inside.

Render section of back and part of the side of house with render mix. Side only up to drain pipe about 4 m from back corner Materials supplied. Labour only Tasker needs own tools ( trowel and sponge etc). Approximately 12 square metres area only . Some external pipes to render around Preparing surface done by me including prep to back painted section. Clean up by me. - Due date: Flexible

Spray application of Lithofin outdoor cleaner to external areas house where render has become stained. Product can be applied and left on walls. Som light scrubbing maybe be required. Product supplied. Approx 4-6 hours work. - Due date: Flexible

About 10m balustrade were installed not long ago. Need to have them removed for my builder to repair and paint the side wall, then you come to put them back in a few days - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 12 September 2023

Demolished old kitchen and some render went with it, unfinished hidden surfaces revealed as to be expected. Need wall to be evened out for a neat finish, ready for new kitchen cabinet installation. Jobs as follows: 1. Render wall in kitchen to make smooth even finish (see first photo) . Approx 2500 x 1500 area and patches. 2. Plaster wall in fridge space for smooth paintable surface. (See second photo). Area measures 1000 x 2100 x 600 depth. 3. Plaster area in dining room where short wall was removed. Measures 1000 high x 150 wide 4. Fill 4 holes in walls where old security system units have been removed. ( none greater than 10cm diameter) 5. Patch 2 holes in ceiling - Due date: Before Wednesday, 9 August 2023
