Find experienced local tradies in Footscray

I have 3 IKEA Ivar cabinets (80cm wide each) that I need help securely mounting to drywall in my kitchen. There are studs in the walls, but since I want to be able to put cookware into the cupboards an anchor in between studs might be necessary as well. The cabinets are fully assembled; photos are references for the finished look I’m after. Ideally you will have suitable screws and anchors already; I am happy to help during the installation process!

We need our bathroom resurfaced. You will need to remove the old silicon, paint the tiles and bath tub, repair the cracked tiles where needed, regrout where needed and resilicon around the bath tub and sink. You will also need to paint the ceiling of the bathroom and the walls. The toilet does not need painting. The bathroom is very small (approx 3m by 1.5m).

To repair the balcony which requires replacement of balustrades and replacement of under side.

Attach mdf panel to drywall, no studs so toggle anchors needed.

Attach already purchased awning to side of van. No roof racks to attach, will have to be bracketed to side of van. 2002 hiace commuter

Back verandah requires plastic roofing sheets replaced

Need someone to caulk/seal a crack in the front outside of my house. Ladder required as it’s near the roof. Also need to seal around two windows (1 ground floor, 1 2nd floor)

Have a project in Footscray that needs foam installed and rendering done

I need an approximate price. I have 2 awning window that has rotten part. Bottom bar and the corner that holds it. It's an old 70s wood window. Can we please have the bottom bar replaced and perhaps get the corner fixed with epoxy bog, and perhaps just a strengthen with corner cap/angle brackets. Photo enclosed.
