Timber Balustrade - Single Post Replacement

Post is 113cm high and requires replacement due to rotting - to be connected back into the balustrade so it’s strong and secure. Small section of horizontal base rail was rotting also, so needs connecting to the post. Quote to include parts and labour please - carpenter or builder preferred.

Isolated bottom section of balustrade is rotting and needs replacement. Requires bottom section of timber pillar removed and replaced (below pink line). Small adjoining timber section also need repair - timber would be optimal but epoxy filler would do, sanded back and ready for me to paint. Just want to try and get it looking as good as possible - hopefully after painting all blends in.
